While the home itself is exclusively yours, you'll also have access to our beautiful shared outdoor areas, including a lush garden, multiple gazebos perfect for relaxation, and a barbecue area. The property also offers a shared laundry facility for your convenience. We strive to ensure that these shared spaces are well-maintained and welcoming for all guests. A unique smart lock code will be automatically sent at your check-in time. In the unlikely event the smart lock malfunctions, a secure lockbox is also available as backup. Free private parking is available. We're fully available throughout your stay via message, text, or phone call. Prior to your stay, we require all guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign the rental agreement. Smoking of any kind and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property. Violating this rule may result in cancellation without refund and additional cleaning fees. We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful nature of our neighborhood. Excessive noise or parties are not allowed and may result in fines of up to $1,000, as per the city ordinance. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Additional cleaning or late checkout fees may apply if house rules are not respected.

Rules

1- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and must be present during the entire stay. Max Occupancy is 6, including visitors.

2- No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use. No Parties. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am per city ordinance. Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am.

3- Pet Rules: House-trained pets only. All pets must be pre-approved. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and a $300 penalty.

4- Limit daytime visitors to the number agreed upon.

5- Only guests listed on pre-arrival form may stay overnight.

6- Total guests must not exceed maximum property capacity.

7- Booking guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.

8- Violation of rules may lead to reservation termination and eviction.

9- Overnight visitors that are not included in the Pre-Arrival form will incur a $100 fee per night.
