A unique smart lock code will be automatically sent at your check-in time. In the unlikely event the smart lock malfunctions, a secure lockbox is also available as backup. Free parking is available off-street. We're fully available throughout your stay via message, text, or phone call. 1- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and must be present during the entire stay. Max Occupancy is 2, including visitors.

2- No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use. No Parties. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am per city ordinance. Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am.

3- Pet Rules: House-trained pets only. All pets must be pre-approved. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and a $300 penalty.

4- Limit daytime visitors to the number agreed upon.

5- Only guests listed on pre-arrival form may stay overnight.

6- Total guests must not exceed maximum property capacity.

7- Booking guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.

8- Violation of rules may lead to reservation termination and eviction.

9- Overnight visitors that are not included in the Pre-Arrival form will incur a $100 fee per night.

10- Please report any damages or issues immediately to ensure timely resolution. Before checkout, please tidy up the space and place used towels in a visible area.
