The home features 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower, air conditioning, soundproof walls, and a private entrance. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware, plus a tea and coffee maker and a minibar. 1- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and must be present during the entire stay. Max Occupancy is 6, including visitors.
2- No Smoking, Vaping, or Drug Use. No Parties. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am per city ordinance. Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am.
3- Pet Rules: House-trained pets only. All pets must be pre-approved. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and a $300 penalty.
4- Limit daytime visitors to the number agreed upon.
5- Only guests listed on pre-arrival form may stay overnight.
6- Total guests must not exceed maximum property capacity.
7- Booking guest is responsible for all guests and visitors.
8- Overnight visitors that are not included in the Pre-Arrival form will incur a $100 fee per night.
9- Violation of rules may lead to reservation termination and eviction.
